A warm lullaby

Softly in the night, a warm lullaby

fills the air with a gentle sign Rock me to sleep, with a sweet embrace

Till the morning brings a brand new day, hold me in your arms and sweetly sway.


Nighttime stars in the sky above 

Twinkle and sparkle in the dark

Softly sing a sweet refrain

That will keep me safe till the day again


Softly in the night, a warm lullaby

Fills my heart with a  loving sign

Dreams of stars and of the moon

Till we meet again come afternoon


Softly in the night, a warm lullaby

Fills my mind with a gentle sign

Sleep comes quickly with its embrace

And I'm ready for a brand new day.
